At our February meeting we will begin our annual Needs Assessment process. Our Needs Assessment is due usually on July 1, 2008. However, I would like for us to make our final draft at our May meeting since we do not normally meet again until August. In order to do this it is imperative we have a good number of people to attend these meetings, so please come out and give us your input!!
Please keep in mind that Colbert County Children’s Policy Council is a program mandated by the Governor of the State of Alabama, and If you see that you will not be able to attend this meeting, you will need to appoint another person from your agency to represent you.
Also, I would like to go ahead and schedule one speaker for each meeting. If you are interested in speaking please email me and let me know which date is best for you. I will try to accommodate everyone that I can. I ask that you prepare to speak about 15 minutes and educate us on the resources your agency provides to our community. If you have any questions please let me know.
